Jenny

http://www.youtube.com/v/Ph6mo7KONyg&hl=zh_TW

This is the mv for the song "Jenny".(sung by The click five)

Actually, I can't understand most parts in the mv.

And there are several ridiculous scenes that I can't read between the lines.

But the scene when Kyle Patrick(singer) give the ring to the strange girl in kimono really leaves a great impression on me.

I think if I were the girl stand in the front of Patrick, I wouldn't reject the ring and accept the boy!XD

Most important of all, the song is indeed a melody!!!!

The examination is near, but I am far from well-prepared

I had spent my time on doing some stupid things these days, and now I have to face the consequences. The examination is just tomorrow, and a more tough examination is the day after tomorrow, but I only have finite time for the time-taking preparation. I swear I wouldn't spend my time on doing such stupid things again and make myself engaged in preparing the exam!

The Situation of Myopia(Nearsightedness) in Taiwan

With the progress of technology, the situation of myopia in Taiwan runs toward contrary direction. When more and more electrical products are being invented, more nearsighted cases are being found. The amazing attraction of electrical products, abnormal lifestyles of youths caused by lack of parent discipline both contribute to the result of worsening myopia situation in Taiwan.
Although some myopia cases are related to gene defect, acquired myopia contributes to most of the increasing number of myopias in Taiwan. By the aid of modern technology, more and more electrical products with fascinating sound and light effects are being invented. These novelties such as Wii, PS3 are so glamorous that everyone can barely take their eyes off from the game. And long exposure to such video screens may damage our eyesight. On the other hand, we rely much more on computers for communication or online shopping than ever. Our eyes may be overused due to the considerable demands for these equipments.
While modern parents have less time to educate their children, the children may develop abnormal lifestyle easily. Without the regulation of their parents, children may spend excessive time on playing computer games, leaving them unable to sleep at the regular time. Not enough break makes their eyes weaker and long exposure to video screen does harm to their eyesight. Soon they will join the myopia club in Taiwan. So the lack of parent discipline is also a factor that causes the worsening myopia situation in Taiwan.
The creation of electrical products with more fascinating sound and light effect is inevitable, but it is our duty to control ourselves lest we should indulge ourselves in the game and harm our eyes. Paying attention to children’s education is also an important task to ease the worsening myopia situation in Taiwan. To sum up, we should cultivate children with the right view of value so that they have the resistance to be wholly enchanted by the fascinating electrical products.

Free writing

I am tired because of the long examination bombing.Preparing the exam is boring, but when I am busy I may spend sometime thinking about what I am doing. So sometimes the examination also helps.Examination is not all life is.We should seized the moment to do things that is meaningful for us.As a result, we should not study only for the exams. Being a student, studying is my duty. Studying is not useless but meaningful especially for our future. With abundant knowledge, our lives can be better. However, studying is not just for examination, grabbing knowledge is important, but it can not represent the whole life. In our college life, we have much more to learn. Taking responsibility, time managing, communication are also something very important to learn in our college life. In order to learn these extracurricular knowledge, we can join the clubs or some activities held by others. There aren’t so many clubs in Chang-gung university, but there are so many activities such as the night of medicine, the night of music, and so on. The most recent one is the latter. It will be held just next week. Although I want to join the preparation team, but I hate deal things with others. I always think it waste my time to interact with others. Therefore I consider it’s time for a change for my recent life.

Change

It is the time that I should change my ambiguous attitude in decision making. I've always followed the steps paved by other people, and don't have my own response for a facing question. I should become determined in doing what I'm thinking is right!
I should have my own answer.
I should have my own action.
I should have my own way of life!!!

Exam is not all life is

When the examination is near by, I always try do something I think is meaningful other than preparing the exam. Maybe it is just a excuse for me to escape from the boring examination preparation. But I think it also gave me some inspirations: I should do what I think is meaningful no matter what the timing is. I should stiffen my determination to accomplish something and leave a trace for my university life!

Take responsibility

Being a freshman has the privilege to try and taste all kinds of activities without taking responsibility. But when the chaging season comes, we are not just a university freshman forever. I think it is a important time to let us learn to take the responsibility. It is quite depressing when we shoulder the responsibility and get nothing done, but I think it may be the necessary burden of growth. To be the man that is bigger than before.

After chemistry examination

Finally, the astonishing chemistry examination is over. However, assignments required for other subjects and mid-term exam week immediately come. It seems impossible for us to take a long rest. Furthermore, my extracurricular activities will take more and more time because the harmonica performance and volleyball competition are nearby. It may be exciting when the extracurricular activities and school homework all combined together to burn my limited time! I hope I can pass the mid-term exam safely........

Although the chemistry examination is near by, it is still hard for me to concentrate on the boring textbook that lies upon my desk. Yesterday afternoon, I together with some med-volleyball teammates went to the newly open volleyball field to play volleyball with a view to stirring our weary souls which were poisoned by the "chemicals".
As a rule, we warmed up first and started to play "free-attack". In a team, I played the role as a hitter. Being a hitter must take the responsibility of making a good attack, but it was still hard for me to find the critical hitting point of the volleyball. This is the condition which happens much when we play "free attack": I throw the volleyball to the setter, run, jump and desperately hit the ball. But the power of the ball doesn't correspond to my effort. It may fly slowly or fly outside the field. Sometimes I did feel disappointed when I saw others play good "free-attack".
Playing "free-attack" for a while, we decided to exchage our roles! I exchaged to be a setter. Being a setter, I must raise the ball in appropriate height and distance so that the hitter could easily hit the ball. It was a tough job because the slightest errors created by the setter could cause the greatest difference: The ball might go toward a strage direction so the hitter could barely hit the ball, or the ball might fly to the other side of the field. Furthermore, when standing on the setter's position, I could scarecely determine the ball I raised whether the height or distance was right or not.
After playing the role of a setter, I did realize the disappointment when setter did his level best to raise a nice ball but the hitter didn't give the corresponding attack. I must practice more to be the hitter whom the setter can trust in!

Self-Introduction(Vo.2)

Since teacher Jane didn't accept my late assignment, I post it as a new artical of my blog!XD
I am a fresh man in CGU. After last semester, I have become more adapted to the independent life style of an university student. Standing on the starting line of this semester, I have set two goals for myself to achieve lest I should waste much time on daily trifles and get nothing done.
One is playing volleyball well. Not until I entered university did I know the thrilling feeling in playing volleyball. I would join the med-volleyball to enhance my volleyball skill and strenthen my body. The other goal is spending more time on practicing harmonica with a view to making the movement more fascinating.
Undoubtedly, my extracurricular activities are based on my academic performance. I must find the balance point between extracurricular activity and school work. More inconveniece and troubles would come up if I accidentally flunk any of my subjects. How to control the balance is the top difficult task that I should learn!

Self-Introduction(Vo.1)

It has been so long that I forget when I wrote an essay in English last time. I'm a freshman in CGU. After last semester, I become more adapted to the life style of an university student. Considering I had wasted much time in the last semester, I decide to set some goals for myself to achieve in the new semester. I would join the med-volleyball to enhance my volleyball skill and strengthen my body. I will spend more time on practicing harmonica with a view to making the movement more fascinating, and all pass!
I think there are more, and more important things outside the class that I should learn in the university. There even could be something that I have no other chances to try again. So participating in the extracurricular activities becomes my top priority in my first two years in the CGU, and achieving good academic performance is less important. This is the university student that I want to be now!
